📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design HEOR studies for pharma.
• Conduct statistical analyses on healthcare databases to inform client objectives.
• Develop and validate analysis plans for treatment effectiveness and outcomes.
• Write statistical code and collaborate with biostatisticians for audits.
• Communicate findings via reports and presentations as actionable insights.
• Mentor junior staff on statistical methods and programming practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biostatistics within HEOR or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in SAS and R; experience with Python or Stata is a plus.
• Strong understanding of statistical methodologies in health economics and outcomes research.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings.
• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and openness to creative problem solving.
