🎯 Requirements

- Strong Python coding and large-scale system experience.
- Fundamental bioinformatics knowledge: central dogma, molecular/cancer biology.
- Experience in NGS data analysis and pipelines.
- Containerized cloud exp (Docker in GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Production software engineering with automated testing, version control, deployment.
- Ability to partner with lab and computational scientists to translate roadmaps.
- Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment.
