Senior BIM Specialist I

📋 Description

• Lead BIM execution across projects, ensuring coordinated, constructible models.
• Translate engineers' markups into buildable TEECOM documentation.
• Drive BIM coordination and resolve conflicts across disciplines to meet deadlines.
• Mentor Designers in Revit, BIM standards, and TEECOM processes.
• Maintain model health, templates, libraries, and improve BIM workflows.
• Collaborate with Designers and engineers to structure models and document decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in the AEC industry with Revit, coordinated modeling, BIM execution.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in drafting, architecture, or related field.
• Advanced Revit; familiar with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, MS 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Ability to manage and maintain coordinated Revit models with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple projects.
• Industry certifications preferred: ACP, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP.
