  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven problem solving and optimization.
  • Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
  • Agility: Detail-oriented with strategic vision in a fast-growth environment.
  • Data-savvy: Experience with large datasets and ensuring data quality.
