Review contracts and issue invoices.
Support AR/billing with credit memos, tracking collections, and late payments.
Participate in month-end close.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Partner Operations, and Finance/Accounting).
Provide AR/billing reporting to stakeholders.
Assist with the annual financial statement audit.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
4+ years in AR operations and billing required.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
