- Own daily billing operations, cash application and AR reporting.
- Generate invoices, apply payments and reconcile ledgers.
- Manage billing adjustments, memos, chargebacks and logs.
- Resolve customer billing disputes with Sales, Deal Desk and Revenue.
- Maintain AR sub-ledger and support month-end and quarter-end close.
- Remote Bengaluru-based role; attend in-person meetings as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years experience in billing, AR, cash application and collections.
- ERP/billing systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar).
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel — pivot tables, reconciliations).
- Experience performing bank reconciliations and AR sub-ledger reconciliations.
- Authoring and executing UAT test scripts for finance systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail; strong controls mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication across global teams.
