- Own day-to-day billing operations and cash application
- Manage invoicing, payment processing and AR reporting
- Reconcile billing records and resolve customer disputes
- Partner with Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting and Collections
- Ensure invoices are accurate and payments are correctly applied
- Provide support for global operations and after-hours coverage as needed
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years’ hands-on billing, AR, and collections experience
- ERP/billing system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills (pivot tables)
- Bank reconciliations and AR sub-ledger reconciliations
- UAT testing and process improvement experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
