📋 Description

• Oversee billing and credit/collections for a global org.
• Act as SME for customer billing, credit, collections, and systems.
• Automate manual processes and establish billing best practices.
• Scale billing operations as new customers and verticals grow.
• Report to Senior Manager of Revenue and Technical Accounting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business/Accounting/Finance.
• 2+ years in progressive billing operations.
• Oracle expertise; Salesforce working knowledge; advanced Excel.
• Experience building and optimizing reporting processes.
• SaaS experience; knowledge of revenue accounting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
