  • Provide benefits ops for US/Canada/Mexico/Colombia.
  • Manage inquiries via SNOW ticketing system.
  • Primary contact for brokers, carriers, TPAs, COBRA admins; manage SLAs.
  • Support annual renewals with census data and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA; Canada/Mexico/Colombia.
  • Process limited benefits transactions in Workday; ensure data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of dedicated benefits experience (not generalist HR).
  • Experience managing vendors, renewals, escalations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits law; Canada/Mexico/Colombia exposure preferred.
  • Experience with Workday and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred).
  • CEBS, SHRM-SCP, CBP, or related certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-through.
