- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA; Canada/Mexico/Colombia.
- Process limited benefits transactions in Workday; ensure data integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of dedicated benefits experience (not generalist HR).
- Experience managing vendors, renewals, escalations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits law; Canada/Mexico/Colombia exposure preferred.
- Experience with Workday and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred).
- CEBS, SHRM-SCP, CBP, or related certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
