🎯 Requirements

- Deep US benefits compliance experience (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).
- International benefits expertise across UK, EU, APAC and local vendor ecosystems.
- Proven track record designing and benchmarking benefits in high-growth/tech environments.
- Experience negotiating contracts with brokers, carriers, and TPAs.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and benefits systems.
