🎯 Requirements

  • Deep US benefits compliance experience (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).
  • International benefits expertise across UK, EU, APAC and local vendor ecosystems.
  • Proven track record designing and benchmarking benefits in high-growth/tech environments.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with brokers, carriers, and TPAs.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and benefits systems.
