🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years in employee benefits, insurance, pensions, or related roles
- Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor
- Team player with results-focused, 'whatever it takes' attitude
- Experience selling to businesses/retail in insurance; UK benefits knowledge a plus
- QFA, APA in Insurance/Health Insurance or UK equivalent preferred; commitment to obtain
- Controlled Function under Fitness and Probity; evidence of experience/qualifications required
