📋 Description

• Lead consulting strategy and delivery for a book of business.
• Act as delivery team leader for Benefits Consultants and analysts.
• Provide strategic guidance for exceptional customer results.
• Report to Principal Benefits Consultant.
• Manage assigned customers and ensure high-quality benefit solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in benefits consulting.
• Expertise in funding mechanisms and ERISA/ACA/COBRA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Life & Health Producer's License.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills.
