π― Requirements
- 5+ years in-house payroll and benefits experience
- Multi-state payroll experience including hourly and tips
- Strong understanding of California wage and hour laws
- End-to-end payroll processing including off-cycle runs
- Benefits administration and open enrollment experience
- Solid understanding of wages, hours, leave, and ACA laws
- Experience in fast-paced/high-growth environments
- Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality
