🎯 Requirements
- PhD with 7+ years in behavioral science or related field.
- Domain expertise in behavioral science and HR (Talent Development/OD).
- Facilitation and presentation skills with executives, virtual or in-person.
- Experience researching businesses, strategy, and applying business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication and storytelling.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
