Evaluate battery technologies for energy/power density, thermal, cycle life per mission.
Lead certification efforts to meet aviation safety standards.
Collaborate with hardware/software/flight teams to integrate battery data into health monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in battery engineering, with cell selection, pack design, system integration.
Bachelor’s in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Electrical Eng, or related field.
Experience in aerospace/robotics/EV with high-power, safety-critical battery chemistries.
Experience leading cross-functional hardware or system-level projects from concept to verification.
Experience certifying battery systems per aviation safety standards.
Proficiency in data analysis using Python or MATLAB for battery data.
