- Strong troubleshooting, programming, and ability to read schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Experience with fault detection, data analytics, and equipment sequencing.
- Proven BAS/DDC project experience from design to completion; interpret control drawings and sequences.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, facility managers, and contractors to deliver energy-efficient solutions.
