Design, build, and maintain scalable backend connectors to external systems
Develop integrations using REST, webhooks, and file-based interfaces
Build data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization pipelines
Manage authentication and connectivity patterns (OAuth, API keys, SFTP)
Improve connector reliability via retries, monitoring, logging, and alerting
Collaborate with Product, Data, Solutions, and customers to define requirements and edge cases

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of backend software engineering
Proven experience building/maintaining production integrations with third-party systems
Strong experience in Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or C#
Strong understanding of API integration patterns (REST, webhooks, JSON, XML, auth)
Experience with asynchronous processing, background jobs, queues, retries, and error handling
Experience designing data mapping and transformation logic across different source system schemas
