5+ years in performance-focused roles (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff).
Go and/or Python development and testing experience.
Kubernetes deep expertise for deployments and tuning.
CI/CD mastery with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
Expert in load, stress, endurance performance testing.
Systems thinking for cross-service performance issues.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
