Develop and maintain core image transformation services in Ruby on Rails.
Optimize system workload, time, and cost.
Develop custom transformations from research blocks, OSS, or commercial solutions.
Contribute to Deep Learning platform development, mainly in Python.
Provide 2nd line support and participate in on-call rotations.
Address internal inquiries and complex questions.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years backend experience or exceptional talent.
Self-motivated, independent, sharp, and smart.
Image/video processing experience is a strong plus.
Cloud AWS experience and data-driven work with Kibana/DataDog.
