🎯 Requirements
- 9+ years backend experience with ownership of complex systems
- Strong Ruby on Rails experience (preferred) or comparable backend
- Proficient in designing scalable APIs and services
- PostgreSQL expertise; NoSQL/vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate) a plus
- Experience with distributed systems, Sidekiq, and Redis caching
- AWS, CI/CD, testing strategies, and reliability practices
