- 5+ years of production software experience in startup/high-ownership env
- Data & experimentation infrastructure experience; eager to go deeper
- Weigh technical tradeoffs between velocity and system health; defensible calls
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into scoped, well-defined work
- History of working closely with a strong PM on a user-facing team
- Iterative Growth/top-of-funnel mindset; willingness to abandon unsuccessful experiments
