Senior Backend Engineer – Finapps/Access

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend services for high-volume on-chain flows (multi-chain)
• Own end-to-end backend components and APIs from architecture to production
• Lead integrations with DeFi protocols, on-chain data sources, and blockchain nodes
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards
• Optimize production systems for performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with product, protocol research, and platform engineering to deliver high-quality solutions on time

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Backend or Full Stack experience
• B.Sc. or equivalent degree/experience
• Blockchain/Web3 experience with lifecycles, consensus, smart contracts, and on-chain data
• Experience across EVM and non-EVM ecosystems (Solana, TON, Tron)
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience designing and operating microservices in production CI/CD
• Strong understanding of security principles and cryptography in a blockchain context
• Web3 tooling: ethers.js, viem, web3.js, Solana web3.js
