Maintain deep domain understanding of product and engineering.
Mentor engineers and contribute to code reviews.
Debug and resolve technical and business issues.
Build reusable agentic workflows and architecture improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems.
Experience designing/adopting agentic automation workflows.
Systems thinking: define specs, decompose plans, verify quality.
Postgres or similar database experience.
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities/fluency.
