Lead the development of major team projects for Remote's HR/Payroll products.
Participate in product work; provide feedback and solutions using technical insights.
Maintain understanding of the team's domain from both product and engineering sides.
Provide feedback on code reviews and contribute to the shared codebase.
Debug and solve technical and business issues.
Mentor and guide other engineers; contribute to platform improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals and a track record shipping reliable, scalable production systems.
Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows and improving them.
Ability to think in systems: define specs clearly, break down plans, verify results.
Postgres (or similar).
CI/CD (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar).
