Lead major team projects for Remote's HR and Payroll products.
Participate in product work; provide feedback and suggest solutions.
Maintain understanding of the team's domain, product and engineering.
Provide feedback on code reviews and contribute to the shared codebase.
Debug and solve technical and business issues to improve reliability.
Redesign engineering workflows to use autonomous agents and end-to-end agentic workflows.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals and shipping production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows and iterating on them.
Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, verify, and close the loop on quality.
PostgreSQL (or similar).
CI/CD (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar).
