Lead major team projects for HR and Payroll products.
Participate in cross-team initiatives; provide feedback and solutions.
Build tools, APIs and integrations for our product.
Backend: Elixir + Phoenix; Postgres; Frontend: React/Next.js; AWS; GitLab; CI/CD.
Deployments: multiple times daily; hosted on AWS with CI/CD.
Work remotely in an async environment with autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable systems.
Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
Systems thinking: define specs, plan, verify, ensure quality.
Postgres or similar database experience.
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
Nice-to-have: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Next.js, React.
