Participate in cross-team initiatives; provide feedback and solutions.
Maintain domain understanding across product and engineering sides.
Debug and solve technical and business issues; mentor teammates.
Design interfaces with performance, accessibility, and API in mind.
Redesign engineering workflows around autonomous agents; build reusable agentic workflows.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; shipped secure, reliable production systems.
Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
Ability to define specs, break down plans, verify and close the loop.
Postgres (or similar) database experience.
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
