Maintain domain understanding across product & engineering.
Mentor engineers; participate in code reviews and contribute to shared codebase.
Debug issues and design interfaces with performance goals.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable systems.
Experience designing automation workflows and improving them.
Ability to define specs, plan, verify with instrumentation.
Postgres or similar database.
CI/CD (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar).
Nice to have: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Nextjs, React.
