- Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from scoping technical approach through to production rollout
- Work on our persistence layer - database schema design, migrations, and data integrity

- Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to ship seamless user experiences
- Mentor junior engineers on backend best practices and system design
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems
- Strong proficiency in Go
- Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and persistence best practices
- Experience designing APIs and working closely with frontend teams
- Strong product sense and ability to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable systems
- A collaborative mindset — you work well with product, design, and other engineers
