🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years backend experience with Ruby on Rails; or strong Python/TS with learning mindset
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing slow queries, PostgreSQL and BigQuery
- Experience building REST APIs and background job systems (Sidekiq, Celery) with reliability
- Experience building internal tooling and dashboards tied to financial/affiliate data
- Async-first, high-ownership work style; written updates; independent decisions
- Practical experience using AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
