📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate Devices Cloud services (connectivity, telemetry ingest).
• Own features end-to-end from design through production, with estimates.
• Apply AI-native engineering daily: use AI assistants for spec writing, coding, and testing.
• Define APIs and integration patterns with firmware, mobile, and platform teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and keep delivery on track.
• Mentor junior engineers and help raise engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend/cloud infra; IoT or hardware-adjacent.
• Own features/subsystems; contribute to design; lead medium projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; AWS infra (EKS/Lambda/DynamoDB) and data pipelines.
• Hands-on with AI coding assistants; review and own code.
• Mentor juniors; raise standards; strong communication.
• Navigate ambiguity; manage priorities; high-frequency ingest (Kafka/Kinesis).
