🎯 Requirements
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed backends (gRPC/HTTP, event-driven).
- Comfortable with Python (or quick ramp) and improving production code.
- Owned systems end-to-end: design, deployment, on-call, reliability.
- Collaborate across backend, ML, research, and production with clean interfaces.
- Able to reason about trade-offs and explain decisions to tech and non-tech partners.
- Shown technical leadership in ambiguous spaces, shaping designs and delivery.
- Strong product mindset and care about user impact, using data to iterate.
- Experience with speech/audio/ML-adjacent systems (TTS/ASR, PyTorch, CUDA) is a plus.
