Senior Backend Engineer - Ads ML System

📋 Description

• Own critical Kotlin-based backend services for ads and search
• Design retrieval, ranking, and pricing systems for relevance and efficiency
• Build and operate online inference services with latency and SLOs
• Collaborate with Data Science and Infra to train workflows and deploy models
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience; 2+ years ML inference
• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java; distributed systems and performance tuning
• ML pipelines and production online inference/serving
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with DS and PM
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Comfortable with scalable, low-latency systems
