📋 Description

• Drive technical direction across integration platform and delivery.
• Define and raise integration quality standards (testing, reliability, security, logging).
• Lead scalable initiatives: reusable patterns/tooling; Kotlin focus.
• Improve planning, prioritisation, and protect team from churn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Platform, Services, SMB.
• Participate in code reviews, post-mortems, mentor engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in building integrations or accounting systems.
• Senior-level systems thinking; influence stakeholders beyond the team.
• Server-side Kotlin; distributed systems, microservices, cloud (AWS, Kubernetes).
• PostgreSQL; testing with JUnit/Testcontainers; observability with Grafana.
• Lead large projects; manage ambiguity; high standards for quality.
• Mentorship, collaboration, strong problem solving.
