🎯 Requirements

- Proven experience designing and implementing complex software end-to-end.
- Strong API design experience.
- Experience building REST and/or GraphQL services.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and indexing.
- Experience with MongoDB NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in a modern backend language; Node.js preferred.
- Experience shipping highly reliable systems in cloud environments.
