Review code and contribute to the shared codebase.
Debug and resolve technical and business issues.
Mentor engineers and drive platform improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; ship secure, scalable systems.
Experience designing or adopting automation workflows.
Systems thinking: define specs, plan, verify, close quality loop.
Postgres (or similar).
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
Experience with distributed/remote teams and async work.
