Lead major team projects for Remote's HR/Payroll products.
Collaborate on product work; provide feedback; apply technical insights.
Maintain understanding of the team's domain from product and engineering sides.
Debug and solve technical and business issues.
Implement interfaces with performance, accessibility, and API design in mind.
Redesign shipping with autonomous agents; propose/operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems.
Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
Think in systems: define specs, break down plans, verify, and close the quality loop.
PostgreSQL (or similar).
CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
Nice to have: Elixir/Erlang/Scala/Clojure/Haskell; Kubernetes; Docker; AWS.
