Actively participate in product work; provide feedback and solutions.
Mentor and guide other engineers.
Debug and solve technical and business issues.
Redesign engineering delivery around autonomous agent execution.
Propose and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end to deliver outcomes faster.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; track record shipping secure, reliable systems.
Practical experience designing/adopting agentic/automation workflows.
Think in systems: define specs, break down plans, verify quality.
PostgreSQL or similar database experience.
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
Nice to have: Elixir/Erlang/Scala/Haskell.
