Lead the development of major team projects for Remote's HR and Payroll products.
Actively participate in product work; provide feedback and solutions.
Maintain deep understanding of the team's domain (product and engineering).
Mentor and guide other engineers; provide code review feedback.
Debug and solve technical and business issues.
Investigate and implement improvements to our platform.

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals and a track record shipping secure, scalable systems.
Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
Systems thinking: define specs, break down plans, verify, and ensure quality.
PostgreSQL (or similar).
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
Nice to have: Kubernetes.
