Backend stack: Elixir/Phoenix with Postgres, hosted on AWS; CI/CD deployments multiple times daily.

Strong engineering fundamentals and proven shipping secure, scalable systems.
Experience designing or adopting automation workflows and iterating.
Systems thinking: define specs, break down plans and verify quality.
Postgres (or similar) experience.
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
