🎯 Requirements

5+ years backend development experience in Go or similar language.
Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-based communication.
Familiarity with cloud infra and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong observability, monitoring, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze behavior, and resolve.
