Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on cross-functional teams to hit OKRs.
Drive large projects autonomously, communicating progress and iterating on solutions.
Propose architectural solutions and trade-offs around time to market, quality, and security.
Maintain and support the existing codebase and products.
Improve engineering practices: refactoring, pairing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability.
Work with a fully remote team with strong coding and communication skills.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience building services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Expertise in Python, Django, SQL, PostgreSQL.
Strong product mindset focusing on UX, impact, and continuous learning.
Fluency with LLMs and developer agents as coding accelerators.
Curiosity and creativity in embedding AI and agentic systems into product experiences.
React experience is a plus.
