Implement and champion Rust best practices: error handling, testing, and CI/CD linting.
Collaborate with security cryptography teams to ensure zero-trust and memory-safety.
Work with cross-functional teams on architecture reviews and system design.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of professional Rust backend experience deploying high-performance APIs.
Deep familiarity with Rust async (Tokio), advanced trait design, and safe concurrency.
Strong Python proficiency to read and refactor existing codebases.
Proven experience designing scalable, low-latency RESTful or gRPC APIs.
Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments on AWS or GCP.
