Ensure scalable, repeatable logistics aligned with growth plans
Own day-to-day B2B logistics performance: on-time, temperature, CX
Build SOPs and playbooks for all B2B logistics workflows
Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Product, and CX

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations (B2B/healthcare/food)
Experience managing 3PLs, carriers, and complex delivery networks
Strong understanding of cold-chain or service-level-driven logistics
Financially minded: cost modeling, margins, and scaling economics
Proven ability to build systems and processes, not just daily operations
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
