- Establish and enforce IaC standards, version control, reusable deployment patterns.
- Promote automation-first with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Provide technical guidance to AST engineers on architecture/IaC standards.
π― Requirements
- 5 years IT infrastructure and cloud experience with Azure.
- Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, security, and monitoring expertise.
- Azure Administrator certification AZ-104 or current equivalent.
- Tier 3 escalation experience in a Managed Services environment.
- Lead incident response with real-time troubleshooting and customer updates.
- Experience designing/supporting Azure Virtual Desktop with FSLogix.
- Experience designing disaster recovery and resiliency for Azure workloads.
- Advanced IaC experience using ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or equivalent.
- Automation skills using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Experience with ITSM processes/tools such as ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree in IT is desired.
- Experience with MSPs.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Azure environments.
- Experience using Nerdio Manager for Enterprise.
- Familiarity with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM training.
- AZ-305 or current AZ Solutions Architect certification.
- Azure networking/security/identity specialty certifications.
- Commitment to maintaining current Azure certifications.
