Own avionics system-level integration, design validation, testing, and operations
Coordinate tests to validate avionics design, power, network, and software
Develop CONOPs, go/no-go criteria, automation, and operator manuals
Support development and operation of Avionics testbeds
Support on-console test ops and data review during stage tests and launch

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
5+ years in integrated systems test (flight, hardware/software validation, or HIL)
Experience with requirements capture and V&V planning
Experience testing and troubleshooting complex integrated electrical/software systems
Experience with Python or MATLAB for data acquisition/analysis
