🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in mechanical design, packaging, or thermal for aerospace
- Experience delivering mechanical systems from concept to flight
- CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent) and structural/thermal analysis
- Hands-on experience building, testing, and debugging hardware in a lab
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced teams
