Develop process plans and work instructions for avionics hardware
Conduct Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRRs) for production readiness
Provide DFM feedback to improve manufacturability
Support technicians by troubleshooting issues and corrective actions
Coordinate with supply chain and quality on procurement and inspection
Analyze process performance and yield to drive improvements and capacity planning

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
4+ years in avionics manufacturing, process development, or production support
Hands-on PCBAs, avionics boxes, or wire harness fabrication
Knowledge of IPC standards for PCB and cable assembly
Experience with process documentation (WIs, CPs, test procedures)
Nice to have CAD tools: NX, Zuken, CATIA
