Senior AV Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead full production of quarterly earnings calls: camera, audio, switching, broadcast
• Produce biweekly All Hands end-to-end: setup, live operation, recording, delivery
• Own all video recording workflows: encoding, QC, final delivery
• Act as the technical lead for executive video events
• Define and maintain visual quality standards across displays, rooms, shared spaces
• Conduct regular audits of AV equipment to ensure rooms meet standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in AV engineering, broadcast production, or related role
• Experience running live corporate video productions (earnings calls, All Hands)
• Proficiency with live switching, multi-camera operation, and broadcast encoding
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms and Zoom Admin console
• Strong knowledge of conference room AV systems (Poly, Neat, Logitech, Crestron)
• High attention to detail around visual quality standards
