• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, or entities.
• Manage multiple tax engagements with deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax regulations.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients as needed.
• Support tax planning and advisory work where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• US CPA license (active and in good standing)
• Minimum 5+ years of US tax experience (public accounting preferred)
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
• Familiarity with US federal and state tax compliance
• Experience using tax software (ProSeries or similar)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, US-time-zone aligned environment
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven and evolving workflow environment
• Experience in a mid-to-large US public accounting firm
• Exposure to tax advisory and planning work
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
• Interest or experience in AI tools and automation in tax/accounting workflows
• Experience using tools such as Liscio, Gruntworx, Karbon, or similar platforms
• Ability to support audit or accounting work during off-peak tax seasons
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• High attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Strong communication and client-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
